Not sure what happened that I ended up back on the rails for the month of December, but I am 100% solid so far from a food standpoint. No sweet, fried, or alcohol since Monday, November 26. I've cut out the bread-carbs at lunch entirely during the week, and mostly managed the weekends. My problem is everyone telling me I'm not eating enough. It feels like it could be true, but finding things to gnosh on during the day that won't shoot my sugar levels (finally under control) into the stratosphere is /hard/.
