If they're caused by someone special I do see your point. :)

LOL, alas no. Just random uncomfortable thuddy heartbeats.

I live that story (heart murmur/MVP). Sometimes it's just because of the way I sit or lie down. Joyous. *gives your heart chocolate*

I've never heard it called ectopic palpitations before. I totally though it said ectopic pregnancy at first :)

Oh bb, that's horrible. Just four days has driven me round the bend.

Ahahaha, yeah, everyone hears 'ectopic' and goes "Er?" That was the word the doc was using. Also referred to (according to Ye Internet) as 'ectopic beats'. But then that sounded like something to do with Drum and Bass. No winning really. I don't want to say 'heart problems' because that would freak everyone the fuck out.

My heart, it is highly irregular.

It's just been throwing out random beats, some of them quite vigorous. It's not unlike how I imagine a pregnant woman feels when the baby kicks. I'm assured it's not dangerous (and got a follow up appoinment tmw) but it's extremely irritating.

Yep.

I mean, it's not that strong all the time, but something WRONG happens in my chest every 5-10 monutes, sometimes more frequently.

I am seriously over it.
