OMG that sounds so awesome! I'm also shy and I've always been way to nervous to go to a con like that. Glad you had fun, and that's cool you ended up going with your mom, seems like those things would be more fun with somebody to flail with! :D

It was awesome! I never would've gone if a friend hadn't been like, "YOU NEED TO GO". I just made myself order the ticket, and I was so glad I went. :)) And yeah, I'm glad I wasn't alone... but if I had been, maybe I would've made some friends, Idk. It's not like I would approach someone unless I had to, but maybe I would've looked more... approachable, haha. But yeah, it was definitely worth it. ♥

If you haven't already, you need to watch Takes the Third. And probably listen to Path of Most Resistance (I still need to do that myself).

I SO agree on Tyler being all puppies and rainbow and Ian charming the hell out of people. That's why I'm going to another TW con in 2015 (and possibly another one more)
