Right now I have one Sim who owns 5 businesses, she has the LTW to own 5 level 10 businesses. She has all of her businesses at the very least at a level 5 right now. She has earned Perk Points apparently ( Read more... )

Cool. You will like them. They are both good EPs. I have all EPs and SPs, literally all of them. BV is one of my favorites. My top faves are BV, Seasons, Pets, and AL.

What is it that you like particularly about BV? Because that was an EP I was planning on skipping, since it didn't sound all that interesting, but if it's one of your favourite ones, perhaps you can tell me the points you like most?

I love BV because Sims can buy vaction homes, for starters, but my most favorite thing about BV is that Sims can swim in the ocean. In BV we can make beach lots where Sims can actually swim in the ocean. They can also layout and get sun bured. It's just a cool EP.
