It occurs to me. I need more modern Israeli music. Most of what I have is along the traditional, think 'Bashana Ha'ba'ah', for example. There has to be more out there

I'm not sure this is the sort of music you'd like, but I discovered Matisyahu for myself a few months ago. He's a Jewish reggae musician! And he definitely writes his faith into his music. He's all over YouTube if you want to sample before you buy.

I own two Matisyahu albums. :) Youth, and Live at Stubbs (2005). He's awesome. Even my Bubbe likes him.

Know where I could find her? Especially her Hallelujah cover. :) (Quick search is only bringing up FLAC, I'd prefer mp3, and not the Itunes store.)
