If you love "Extreme Sports" - I hope you are following this week's poll. Because, in watching it over the past couple days and trying to project what is going to happen, I have no idea where this thing to going to end up

Preparing for the supposed Nor'easter From Utter Hell, woot!
OK, not really. It's not supposed to start in earnest until tonight. They're upping the potential snowfall to 30+ inches. I'm sitting here trying not to project my anxiousness because suddenly the thought of being trapped in the house is doing weird things to my psyche.
Guess I'm not working tomorrow because if they think I'm doing to drive in that, they're nuts. I don't care if I have 4 wheel drive.
Gary, I have a question about immunity. Can you receive immunity from the jury more than once? I thought you made a comment awhile back that you were eligible for one immunity from KF, and one from the jury. I assume you are eligible for Quick Fire every week since you haven't discouraged past recipients from writing a Quick Fire entry. Can you confirm? :D
This poll is craaaazy. Like, I have absolutely no clue how it's going to turn out. This is both exciting and nerve-wracking.
Because it's never too late to talk about stuff I loved!
- I really enjoyed crisp_sobriety's story this week; the structure of vignettes interposed with conversation worked super well, I think. - fodschwazzle wrote a seriously creepy story this week. - halfshellvenus's lighthearted look at fairytale and folklore tropes and plots was reallllly satisfying - I can't resist a good time travel story. kickthehobbit's fits the bill. - talonkarrde88 wrote something sweet and emotional that struck a nerve with me this week.
To quote the lego movie: everything is awesome. This is going to be a hard week no matter what, I think.
The polls are making me crazy, and the one thing that comes through is that this is a really talented bunch, and there's no predicting anything anymore. :O
I haven't been paying close attention to the poll-it's felt too close to call, the last few days. In retrospect, that seems like the wisest idea, especially seeing other people talk about it. o.o
There are a few entries that stuck out to me, tho. I really liked gratefuladdict's acid trip. I loved fodschwazzle's, tho I'm pretty sure it gave me nightmares (like, no, actually o.o ). Definitely liked yachiru's...it felt really wonderfully lyrical, and I liked talonkarrde88's-it was poignant without being saccharine.
I can't call who will or won't be in the top twelve. I hope they make it, tho-especially fod! His weird little pieces have come to be one of the highlights of Idol for me. :)

You can only receive it once from the Jury and once from the Killing Floor.
In theory, you could receive it every single week from Quick Fire, because it's a new set of Judges every week.
