Top surgery and my bf were mutually exclusive at the commencement of our relationship three years ago. I didn't ask him if he'd changed his mind or if he was just being a well-meaning jerk.

I meant! That the amount of scarring/placement is ridiculous (like--how much technology is there in the world to minimise/disguise scarring from breast augmentation? AND YET). I like scars too, especially if they are all meaningful and stuff.

ah yes! the scarring is ridiculous in that way. when you consider that they have the technology and skills to operate ON PEOPLE'S FACES with minimal scarring, i find it bizarre that they can't extend that to top surgery and to mastectomies which are even uglier bigger, often.
