It's really okay, though. Spanner/Tsuna doujin does not do very much that is original. 80% of the doujin consists of surprise!sex, with a very surprised Tsuna.

It's a pretty vortex, and a vortex with an end. There is not as much Spanner/Tsuna doujin as there is for say, Gokudera/Tsuna.
