[Video clicks on. Dani is leaning heavily against Max, who doesn't seem to be propping her up as much as leaning against her too. They're doing a fine job holding the other up. Max is blue, Dani is orange.]
Well Max, I think this is a great way of letting my friends know I'm not coming home tonight.
[Max waves, grinning really, really wide.]
I have to agree with you, you are totally right. You are so, SO right, Dani. Me neither, guys. There are still bars out there open.
[Dani turns and looks at Max.]
Who are you living with? Do I know them?
I'm living with Betsy! She won't mind me not coming back, I'm never really home anyways, so that's fine.
What?! Aww, are you okay with that? [takes a sip of her drink and suddenly changes directions] Why aren't you home? Is your house really really small?
She's very nice! But I've only met her like - a couple of times. I'm just always so BUSY. [Her drink is empty. OH NO.] Where's the nearest bar, Dani?
OH GOOD. [Finishes off her drink and looks bewildered that her glass is empty] Mine's empty too! I know where we should go [Staggers off her chair.] Okay you guys? Not coming home tonight okay?
[Max pulls herself up with Dani's arm, and there's precarious tilting before they both manage to gain their balance.]
Everyone got it? I didn't get kidnapped, or fall in the river, or off of a building, or get bushwhacked, or - why is my drink still empty? UGH COME ON.
