It snowed, in North Carolina...soo MY MORNING CLASSES ARE CANCELLED!! Now I can sit in my room and indulge in my *~24 hours news stations~*. I'm going to be hopping from CNN, to MSNBC to CSPAN! My class which is scheduled from 11:30 o 12:50 was already canceled. (I kind of pestered the professor till he did).

I actually wrote to my congressman about today being a National Holiday. It's almost disrespectful for the office of the President of the United States.
DONT GO! OR BETTER YET, FIND A COMPUTER AND STREAM IT, AND BE LIKE FUCK YOU!!
THE SNOW IS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL.

Also, I agree. Inauguration Day and Election Day both need to be holidays. I mean, if we want people to vote, if we want people to feel like this is THEIR country like it's supposed to be, then we shouldn't have to work on such huge days.
