I've had Somewhere I Have Never Traveled bookmarked, but this is the first time I sat down and read it. It's brilliant; thanks for the rec!

And thanks for pointing out the interantional Pilot caps--ohmygosh, I want to see the whole thing!

Evidence act! I remember reading that during my internship, it was so fascinating. I think I had a lot of fun with the section on entrapment and all, not in the least because I'd been playing way too much Phoenix Wright around that period.

I think I asked one of the criminal lawyers once what to do if a client confessed guilt, as well. It was pretty interesting, the response...

Amused by three things:
1) The way the dialogue is written. It's so lol deadpan.

2) WHY IS A BALD CONFESSION OF GUILT PROTECTED FROM DISCLOSURE, AND CIRCUMSTANCIAL EVIDENCE NOT PROTECTED FROM DISCLOSURE LOLOLOLOL PRIORITIES.

3) LOLLLLLLLLLL OH PETERRRRRRRRR, YOU DORKY DORKFACE.
