Time: Day 010
Summary: Mio and Kaoru meet for the first time since Kaoru's mauling and subsequent death. Awkward ensues.
Warnings: A little bit of anger, some twin angst, possible cute? Also fail OP.

The previous night had left her with so many questions, none of which she had the answer to. There had been so many ghosts--most of which looked as though they'd committed suicide, so many of which reminded her of that place. The resemblance, the painful reminder was chilling, especially when coupled with the sight above her. Seeing herself back there, in that place, moving on, chasing after Mayu...almost as though she'd never tripped on that step. It had been like...she'd never found herself here at all. It was a disorientating and unsettling concept, especially when she saw them. The ghosts that she'd left behind, the ones that haunted the village, that had had seemed so terrifying during her stay there...she didn't claim to understand it. Was it just a hallucination? Just the house trying to get under the skin of it's residents, or was it something else entirely ( ... )
