Now, some mistakes are understandable simply because of obscurity. I was talking to someone once who thought Finnish was a Germanic language, which is understandable because Norwegian, Swedish and Danish are, but in fact Finnish is not. It seems to be distantly related to Hungarian, but not only is it not related to any Germanic languages, it's not even Indo-European.
The Cyrillic text you've quoted here is indeed Russian, by the way. And there are non-Slavic languages written in Cyrillic, mostly in Central Asia, such as some Caucasian and Iranian languages. But not GERMAN!
(And yes, calling Romanian a Slavic language would be another understandable mistake. Romanian is a Romance language, descended from Latin, though it does have some Slavic influences. It's basically the last remnant of the Byzantine Empire, which was originally the Eastern Roman Empire.)
