I've been absent...again.

It's been a helluva week. Most of our staff was away on personal business. We had 113 mini cakes to make along with 2 bride/groom cakes, 5 normal wedding cakes and 4 specialty cakes. Needless to say, we have been completely swamped. We I even had to deliver on Labor day, so that was a fun way to spend a national

Personal life was good. Made bread, cheesecakes and apple pie. But if I have to deal with one more idiot salesman at work I swear to god I'm going to start a literacy program for our sales team.

I had to work--the other person who was there got holiday time. I did not. It was slow and boring, but not stressful...

Weekend was awesomely busy. Had to come back to work to rest up from it. lol
