You know, all these busy weekends are really getting in the way of us moving! At this rate, we'll be putting the house on the market in Winter. Not good. But what can be done? Speaking of friends, I think for Richard's b-day party we should pick up a 12-pack of Jones Geekery and do a version of spin the bottle to choose who gets what flavor XD

I bet they'd go splendidly with a side of Bertie Bott's.

Waiting a little longer is better. Give the market a little more time to bounce back. Plus, there will be a bit of a rush for first time home buyers to get the free tax money. It may be worth it to list a little sooner even if you still have 'stuff' you want to do, just for that reason. Just don't be surprised if you get someone who wants to rush and close before the year end.
