About that voting thing, the main reason I don't vote is because I never know what to leave as feedback for the story I'd vote against. I have a hard enough time coming up with feedback for stories I do like. If there was a poll to pick the stories I'd vote. Feedback could be optional for those who like to leave it.

I feel the same way, it is hard to leave the "reasons" bit. I understand why it's there, but maybe Debs might be open to eliminating that bit if she runs another round.

I will admit to feeling momentarily :-/ about the low voting numbers, but I'm over it now and sort of regret mentioning it. This, children, is why you should always go off and do something else before you actually post things!

Nothing wrong with mentioning it. If there was a post at the comm asking why people don't vote I'd reply with the same thing. I think for a lot of people reading fanfic is fun and having to leave any kind of critique is too much like work. Then there's people like me who are just lazy. ;)
