Go physically to their bus stop and ask them where their office is located (don't tell them why you want to find it).

Unfortunately I already did that; hence, that's how I received the invalid address in the first place.

So far I tried going the route of the DC DCRA, which turned into a bureaucractic lindy hop, then I contacted 7 On Your Side and am now awaiting their reply.

All I have to hope on at this point will be the New York address I have for them, so I will instruct the lawyers to certify mail my little love letter to them there in the hopes that it will be at least received by someone. Otherwise, they have no legitimate public address which ensures they can't be sued (which I found out in public online records they have never been sued; now I see why)
