Boy, am I tired. I've spent the last couple of days just wanting to keel over. I think the adrenalin that's carried me through the last couple of weeks has finally run out - the piece of work that has had me flat out is finished and ready for Monday, so I have nothing to do except fall down. This is Castlepoint - where Deb and I like to browse/relax/eat cake on a Sunday morning, this is Nero's and our favourite cake is passion cake :)

Oh yummmmm. I just looked at Castlepoint and there is a store that sells a Portuguese style marinated roasted chicken. If it's anything like I had when I was in Portugal, it is soooo YUM. I can still remember the roasted chicken and that was a bazillion years ago. http://www.castlepointbournemouth.co.uk/content/nando.asp

And Nero's...if it's a good as it reads...I'd be eating there everyday. Hmmm. I'll take a Mozz/Tom/Basil Panini followed by a cappuccino/two sugars and a pastry featuring chocolate and nuts - no buttercream though.

LOL! If you ever make it over here, I will treat you to a day browsing at Castlepoint and coffee/food/cake in Nero's ... actually, you'd have to go whether you wanted to or not! :D

My weekend is pretty chilled so far, hope yours is good :)

Glad you got your work done *hugs* I should get some work done... I did some LJ-exploring today and found a friend I hadn't really spoke to in a while! Technology these days!

You've really got to rest up a bit if being tired got you "mauled by a client", although those sorts of things can happen even when you're on guard. Hugs & "kiss-and-make-it-better's" to you!!! Just because you've been through so much, you can enjoy my share of the cake, too - but only this weekend!

Read your note from the 10th and I'm looking forward to your vacation and discussing vidding in depth! I'm currently hunting for just the right songs for some Sam vids to go along with the 2 Sam/Jack shipper vids I have in mind. I'm way overdue for some vidding, myself.

I'm working today (Saturday), which is unusal for me, but I need the money. To beat all, it's manual labor - should be fun given the amount of hardware I stumble around in.... Can't turn down obscene amounts of money for a few hours of hard work, though.

I will email soon - I promise - I really have been snowed under at work, and never had enough time to email you properly (or at least do justice to a reply worthy of how much info you sent!)

You may well say you're looking forward to my vacation now, but I'm fairly confident you will be sick of me by the end of the week! Onmce I start whining that I can't do/understand something, I get pretty annoying pretty quick - luckily for ms_3m she is away travelling the week I'm off, so she gets to escapre my dumb ass questions about ripping!

There's no such thing as a "dumb ass" question - well maybe - that would be the one you don't ask when you should have! I have a degree in education, so I love teaching and have infinite patience with people who really want to know something. It's employees who can't take notes that get me going ( ... )
