The pictures at the link below show some truly foul and disgusting torture. These are not pranks, or occasional hijinks, or mere humiliation. They are not some carefully-judged extreme measure to defuse a ticking bomb. They are damnable evil, aided and abetted by a chain of command that deliberately refused to set any moral limits.
