Tonight for dinner we had I-Can't-Believe-It's-Not-Crab Crab Cakes, coleslaw, and Sweet Potato Fries. I would make real crab cakes for us, but Bear can't eat shellfish. These were good, though--better than some real crab cakes I've had (that I didn't make). I sort of made the coleslaw from Best American Side Dishes, but I bought pre-shredded

Old Bay Seasoning makes anything taste like crab. I love it. Have you had the Utz Crab Chips? I can't buy them here, but I buy a bag (or 4) every time I go to VA.

I have not had crab chips, but they sound interesting.

Did I ever let you know I tried the crab chips? They were good, but a bit spicy if I ate too many. :p
