...this was what brought it up, and also hazelwho mentioning this scene in our conversation and my discovering this gif in the inners of my computer EDIBLE BALL-BEARINGS AND HUGS
Besides the edible ball bearings, my favorite 10/Rose moments are: That hug at the end of Satan Pit. The goofy Ghostbusters moment in Army of Ghosts.
For 9/Rose, I love: The "sorry" scene in Fathers Day. The "I could save the world but lose you" scene in World War Three. The sequence in Bad Wolf between the Doctor discovering the dust and Jack and 9 busting out of jail.
But possibly the single DW scene that made me smile most over the years is Ace (7th Doctor's companion) beating the ever loving shit out of a Dalek with her baseball bat. Yay for companions that don't just need to be rescued!
I know, I'm in wonder myself, Doctor/Rose are just awesome like that and we are all still so much of shippers, even after all those years, that's one great ship we have <3
That hug at the end of Satan Pit.
This one gets most of the points from everyone, hehe :)
hehe, well, I haven't seen any of classic who but from what I've heard she's pretty smartass :D Ace rules! Here's youtube clip of Ace vs Dalek.
I love those gifs! You're right about the cuteness of the waist-grab. And and I love getting to see the ghostbusters scene without, you know, watching all the sad bits too.
I will watch it tomorrow - need to go to bed now (it's almost 4am, I didn't even notice with this crazy D/R thread, I'm too excited to sleep XDD)
You're right about the cuteness of the waist-grab. I'd say there's something so *GUH* in the ease with which he does it, so possessively and like he does it a lot, without any hesitation or awkwardness (he never did it with Martha and he'd definitely got beaten up if he tried it with Donna xD), it's clearly a common occurence since he allows his hands such freedom, this happies me a lot ;DD
And and I love getting to see the ghostbusters scene without, you know, watching all the sad bits too. Yup, thank all kind souls who made those gifs :D
I've so many favorites, but the end of TCI always happies me a LOT. They're so shy with each other and then grin like idiots when they realize they want the same thing. AWWWWWWW.
Fear Her is one of my personal favourites, I must say. No, it's not the greatest plot ever, but Billie and David are at their best in it. I love the way they light up the screen. And they do such an amazing job of making all their touches and banter seem natural.

YES, you see Doctor and Rose positively glowing at each other and you think "These people look like they actually benefit from being around each other, THAT is one healthy relationship" (and a love story;))
the Doctor looks so pleased and delighted and just loves her so much and awww x infinity. AWW, yes, that cooing sound he makes, between a wimper and a laugh, SO MUCH LOVE AND CUTE <3 Seriously, I feel like it's less dark on screen *squishes them*

You know his reaction to the 'baby' line in Doomsday still makes me wonder what they did behind closed doors!
