i think we have to read woman warrior next. or later.

i cant take paula seriously because allende still says stuff about how her grandmother or whatever moved shit with her mind. that cant happen, so therefore if youre writing about "truth" in this book, i wont believe you if you include magic. it's stupid. how does passing magic off as realism not get the same treatment as the guy who lied in his memoir and oprah yelled at him about it.
