Trip
Hubby and I went away for a few days last week, we needed it after the hectic summer. We went to Lake George, in upstate NY. Hubby went there as a kid and loved it and I have always wanted to go. Since the last time hubby was there, it has become a crazy tourist town. Despite the commercialization of the town, we had a nice relaxing time. I got to visit a few wineries and came home with 7 bottles of wine. So all round a good trip!
The only bad part of the trip is that right after I came home, I started with a tickle in my throat and now I have a full blown sore throat, laryngitis and a cough. I must have pick up the bug while we were away but despite coming home sick, we had a nice time.
