First off I want to thank everyone on the get well wishes and I am feeling a bit better. It turns out I have an upper respiratory infection and the MD put me on a nose spray, antibiotics and a cough syrup. Unfortunately they no longer make the cough syrup any more and since I went to a walk in MD and not my GP they are having a hard time changing
