Funny you should say this cause earlier today I was pondering if Ouran is a reverse harem anime. Instead of one guy surrounded by girls and wackiness ensues, it's one girl surrounded by guys and wackiness ensues.

Ye gods, you may be right! Huh, I've never thought of it that way, after being scared away from Tenchi Muyo-esque harem anime. She DOES have a lovely kind of horrible kind of life in thanks to the pretty and the wacky.
