Now that was an awesome idea! It is so realistic that Cersei wouldn't have many clear memories of Myrcella, and the why you described very well here. Even if she was in the room, all Cersei would have seen was Joffrey, and maybe Jaime. Poor girl. Wonderfully sad last line. Poor Cersei.
