I successfully did the interfacing at the neck of the Arnegunde coat I'm making. Finally! I made a neckline that isn't deformed and the contrasting fabric on the interfacing ended up right-side out! Woo!

It should remain totally useable garb even if I'm not nursing. The woman who was buried in it was no spring chicken herself; the front-opening coat was also worn by women in Kent in the seventh century (although with some odd brooch placements below the waist, not sure I'd like that) so it even fits my nominal persona era.
It's just... blah. And never mind the internal "zomg baby rejecting me!" drama. On top of the "zomg not making enough milk!" guilt. Even though I'd be the last person to point a finger at someone who decided to feed formula, I'm clearly a Bad Mommy because I'm not making as much milk for Ben as I did for Spud. If I'd just try harder... I know it's insane but that doesn't help. :/
