The Beat Goes On...

It's hard to believe that nearly two weeks have passed since my last post. Last week, I was on call again. Unlike the previous several rotations I was on day shift this time. However, I had to deal with some stubborn outages and some night work as well. All told, I racked up about 17 hours of overtime. I've got enough money coming in next

I don't know why they don't back off Artemis... it's almost as though they are trying to make her unhappy.

Strange, though, how your brother thinks your drum kit it too toylike for *his* taste. You're the one playing it! ^_^

I don't think they're deliberately targeting Artemis. Based on conversations that Artemis has had with co-workers, it's not just her. Anyone who is on-call on a Friday gets loaded down by the bean-counters.

As for what you said about my brother: You're right, he sometimes really projects his opinions, even if the subject at hand has little or no bearing on him ;)
