FAQ
Hello all, and welcome to teenwolf_slash, a community for slash fiction or art about the television series on MTV. Your moderators are strokeof_genie, failsapphire, and zombeezle, and you can PM us or leave a comment on this entry to get a hold of us if the need should arise. Comments to this entry are screened for your peace of mind.
General Guidelines!
1. For posting fic or artwork, we ask that you use the template we've provided in the userinfo or something similar.
2. Flamewars, character or member bashings, or any other hateful or divisive behavior can and will get you banned.
3. Warnings for fic are non-negotiable. This includes but is in no way limited to: excessive violence, non-con or dub-con, hardcore kinks, self-harm or eating disorders, mental or physical illness, ect.
4. Het is fine as long as the main pairing is a slash one.
5. RPS is allowed in the community.
6. Please, be 18 (or over) if you are posting fic that you'll use the NC17 tag for.
7. If you are searching for a fic, try teenwolfsearch.
8. If you are searching for a beta, try one of our beta posts. If you have no luck there you can make a post searching for one.
9. Members, please use the existing tags on your entries, because it makes it easier on us.
HOW TO TAG:
If you are posting a fic, a piece of art, or another art form you tag like this:
- By character, which looks like "!char:derek" or "!char:chris_argent" ect. If there is a tag for a character in your fic, use it. If you need the mods to create a tag, ask for it.
- By pairing, which looks like "!pairing:derek/scott" or "!pairing:danny/jackson" etc. If there are mutiple pairings, tag for them all.
- By rating, which looks like "rating:r" or "rating:g" etc.
- By "!art" or "!fanmix" or "!video" if it isn't fic.
We've had trouble with people tagging incorrectly despite numerous posts, so I hope this helps. Use all tags applicable to your post. If people are still tagging incorrectly, I will start private messaging them and then deleting the post.
Please take a look and familiarize yourself with the tags, so that you can use them properly.
8. Please use a cut for your fic or art if it is longer than 100 words or bigger than 3 icons, or 300x500! If you need help with this, you can copy and paste this: <#lj-cut text=#"WORDS WORDS BLAH"#>STORY OR ART HERE<#/lj-cut text=#"WORDS WORDS BLAH"#>. Just remove the #s, and replace the WORDS WORDS BLAH with your own text, and replace STORY OR ART HERE with your contribution!

LJ-cuts are necessary, and if they are not used the post will be deleted, and the poster will be private messaged as to why.
9. If you want to pimp a community or a challenge here go ahead, as long as it's related to Teen Wolf.
