I have just signed myself up for Goodreads because my Amazon wishlist has become too inundated with "books that look interesting and I want to check out of the library" to be useful as a "books that I really want to own" list that I can send out when the family demand for Christmas wishlists comes around. I used your post as a sign that I should finally start a Goodreads account. I have the same problem with my Amazon account being a dumping ground for "ooo, that sounds interesting!" rather than as a list of things I actually want.

If you go to "My Account" and the "widget" tab, on the right side is a link that you can drag to the bookmarks or toolbar (on Firefox). When you are on an Amazon page, you can click on this link, and it will add the book to your Goodreads account. I just tried it, and it seems to work.

I haven't written any reviews yet, but I've just added most of my books from my FB account. I plan to write reviews in future, if you are interested. What's your handle on Goodreads?

That is exactly what I was looking for, thank you!

Here is my Goodreads account, and I am always interested in reviews.

2 & 5 are two of my absolute favorite books I've read in the last year. Especially Who Fears Death, oh my god, that book is stunning and wrenching and beautiful.

I think I actually put Who Fears Death on my toread list based on your post about it. So thank you! I am enthralled by it so far.
