Memories

So I sort of had two shared dates to the Mill's high school prom my senior year.  (I didn't go there.)  My friend Andy Katz who I knew through a youth mock government club and a Jewish youth group (yeah I was that cool) was my official date to get me in.  I forget if I went with him  because his girlfriend was away at a debate convention or if ( Read more... )

Rachel = Caeden now, not Teagan. Teagan is Corinne's daughter.

Somewhere I have pictures. My new computer came with a printer that has a scanner, so maybe one of these days I can go through our picture albums and find pictures. And I seriously never thought that you lied about scraping your face on a pool. Interesting. Why didn't you tell us that it was a bad waxing job? Silly.

thanks so much! oops. all corrected. that would be beyond cool if you could find a wedding dress one but i know how hard it is to go through old pictures. i lied because i was not at a point where i could admit i had hair on my upper lip much less waxed it.I probably would have admitted to an eyebrow botching. not that it is a good reason to make up a whole story. also it was the type of group to tease (albeit good naturedly) forever. example: i believe skippy still likes to tell the story about himself going soft in my hand although i maintain that he isn't explaining the story correctly. do i get credit for coming clean now? ;)

Sure, you get credit. Rachel is still bitter about your whole lie about your adopted sister from China(?) named Nicole. I wonder how she'll react to this lip waxing/pool scraping one. :P I guess in high school you don't want to admit those things, though.

ooh i forgot about that "sister". yeah it took me a long time to stop making up stories. even now i have to stop myself from exaggerating little things to make a better story but i am really good at adding "just kidding, but wouldn't that be so funnny?" right after. and my husband knows i like to make pretend.

i'm no longer embarrassed about waxing my upper lip but if something else humiliating happened like a brown spot on the seat of my skirt i might still lie and say it was chocolate.

Hi Leah Marie! I don't think I ever officially met you but I seem to know almost everyone you knew at Mills. :) I grew up with Nicole/Noonle and met Terri in high school.
I am Rachelle (another Rachel) and I just wanted to say hi so you would know who the crazy girl was that friended you on here. I love reading your entries. Congrats on the pregnancy!
I keep promising Nicole that I will actually start posting some entries. Maybe today is my day? I am afraid it will be a) too boring for people to read, b) so addicting that I don't get my job done or (the worst), c) both a and b. :)

it is crazy addicting. and everyone bores themselves with their entries or spends way to much time linking and posting pictures. sometimes we crack ourselves up though. For a while I thought you were the other Rachel until Rachel told me she was heartrightout.

that was nice of you to join for Nicole's friend's only posts. I went to Urban in the city but once Andy accidentally let me meet Rachel Clee (we had been AIM friends) and she introduced me to the drama crew. Rachel is much nicer about sharing friends than Andy.
