When do the dead stop stinking?

The dead thing under our porch smells so badly I want to gag on the way to the car or to do laundry. I want to puke just thinking about it.

My mom discovered the dessicated corpse of a mouse when she got her washer replaced. She said a few months earlier, she smelled something a funky, but after a week or two it went away. Me, I'd have freaked out, but she's a nurse so she's used to weird things like that, I guess.

not for a long time! a baby mouse once died in ian's apartment and it smelled for ages. that thing was maybe 5oz. if you have something bigger stinking up the place, it'll take way too long to decompose. call your landlord.
