Blah. Tis Hot.
Today was an up-down-up-down-sideways-down-up kinda day. I didn't get anything done, alas. I slept a lot, woke up with a weird sore throat (among other issues) and then went back to sleep, till around 4.00pm, when my mom told me we'd go out. So, I bawled.
I FINALLY finished HBP at two o'clock this morning, and cried my eyes out. I was quite impressed, honestly, and anyone who thinks that the book moved too fast or the characters weren't developed enough are mildly crazy. I've got 200 pages left, and I can knock that out tonight. I would have been finished earlier, but I really feel quite icky, and every time I settle down to read, my head starts throbbing, and I can't stay focused on the words on the page. Which sucks. Wow. Maybe it's the heat.
So I just rang Barnes and Nobel to double check on the times for the party. Anna and I can't make it till 9.30, and we wanted to be sure we weren't missing anything massive.
