Driving home just now, I got to listen to part of the LA Opera's broadcast of "Otello." More specifically, I got to listen to "Si, pel ciel", also known as the 'Vengeance Duet' at the end of Act 2. Wow.

I'm missing piece "V" (collar for the C view) from my Folkwear pattern 222 - and this is, of course, a piece that I need. If anyone has the pattern and would be willing to trace that one piece and mail it to me, I'd be greatly appreciative. -

The Verdi Requiem at Eastman was sing-it-yourself and they handed out scores at the door and seating was separated by voice part. Not at all what I had expected, but it was so much fun! Syrian hamster for adoption - free to a good home
Well, we're getting up to that point in time where I move cross-country, leaving most of my possessions behind - in this case, including my darling hamster, Peach Fuzz. No, I can't bring her with me.
