My appointment today was alarming. Apparently I made the mistake of thinking that doctors are more educated about depression than members of the general public ( Read more... )

Are you sure you don't want to do this at Stanford? I know someone awesome there. Getting an injection in your neck is not a small thing and you want someone really good to do it.

I don't even know if my cut rate insurance would be accepted there, it would also be out of the area of my HMO. He's been at this since 2001 and he doesn't have anything against his record (Dave had me look him up in case he's skittish because he got sued.)

I want this done SOON.

I have an appointment for the 24th.
