Cold Today

There was ice in the cans in the recycling bin this morning. I finally turned on the heat in the house, though I'm keeping the thermostat low enough to please my mother (who never comes to my house, but is nonetheless my mother and would know) and to keep the cats affectionate

It's kind of nice to know I'm not the only one who sets the thermostat with my mother in mind.

If you're cold you can put on a sweater. Put on a sweater already, you make me feel cold!
