This is pretty much my reaction to the Supernatural season 7 premiere. Loved it, and the tentacles it walked in on.

I lost terribly, tragically, at premiere Bingo. But loki_dip bought me a tentacle egg cup for my birthday and that made up for everything.

Ooooh I love how this is going, and so happy you've posted! I like being in Castiel's head, experiencing his thoughts and his struggle, first as he's dying, and then when Sam and Dean come for him, and later in the car. It has that wonderful limbo feel to it, a tense hovering, poised for something terrible or amazing or both. I look forward to reading the rest!

I feel like I've been working on this thing forever, and still have more to do. Editing. I hate it. However! I do love to write from Cas's POV. I find just writing from his perspective makes the world different and interesting. I'm glad it worked so far, and hopefully the rest won't take too long! :)

Always lovely to see you post fic, especially with a Cas POV. You do a good job of capturing that sense of detachment, of being just a bit apart from the situation that he's in, so that he's observing things without really understanding them, and yet he's trying to in his own way. Dean driving off the road because Cas wasn't breathing! Oh, yes.
