Hahahahaah. Too cute. Although if I were Watson (well, if I were Watson I'd still be living with Homes) I would take the dog with me.

Aw, thank you very much! ♥ Most of the time, writing dialogue feels like pulling teeth to me, but somehow this came out easily. I'm glad it works!

LOL! That ending is wonderful. And it's endearing how Holmes is flustered over the whole thing and trying to hide it, and not hiding it very well. And starting to blame Mary for it. LOL!

LOL, I love that side of Holmes, when he's emotionally affected by something but doesn't want to let on. ♥

Thank you!

LOL I love this: "Anyway," Holmes said brightly, "you really mustn't blame your wife for this. The esteemed Mrs. Watson has her flaws, but in this case it really couldn't be helped, could it?"

It's so out of left field, of COURSE Holmes would bring up Mary. XD

LOVE IT.

Haha this is great, I love that he found a way to blame it all on Mary.
Poor Gladstone, no dog should have to cope with all that mispracticed chemistry. *cough*
