I was going to update. And then I realized that it's impossible to put the ideas of "you're lieing to yourself and I don't know how you deal with it so why don't you stop fucking pretending and give us all a break" into a gramatically correct statement that got my point across.

Boiled down:

People who lie to themselves suck and need to stop.
