I can't see whatever that is linked to but I am going to assume since the jpg is called "klapperschlange" that it was a German Escape from NY poster that is bluish. LOL That is the German title of the movie. Die Klapperschlange.

That I believe is an illustration. If you look at the shirt the zippers are placed on the shoulders not the front. I would say that is someone who can't draw well. BUt yes that is the German cover for the movie.
