I NEED TO STOP HAVING SO MANY THOUGHTS LATE AT NIGHT.
AHHGHHHHGGGGHHHH.
I can't fall asleep if my mind isn't at ease.

I had a not so great night at work but when I came home I found cake & ice cream so I ate it & it improved the evening immensely.
