Autumn in Allegany
I had such an amazing weekend in Allegany. Words can't even express how refreshed i feel by spending two days out in the woods hiking, drinking, laughing, and sitting around a fire.

Im not feeling like writing lately
but just wanted to say Hi :-) -
Round 3....or 4 or something...
This is day two on quitting smoking. I feel this is really going to happen this time. I have been working out and doing lots of yoga and I have to say....I am not at all a nervous wreck the way i was last time I tried. Spring in February (at least today)
Is anyone else out there concerned about our environment? All within the past week it has been frigid, horrible windstorms that knocked out power across western New York....heavy wet snow, etc. Today it is once again warm and all of the snow has completly melted ( Read more... ) -

I decided to customize groups so they can only see certain things that probably would only interest them. So I will now only have things about breastfeedind orr baby stuff, day to day stuff, or my personal thoughts.
This just helps to keep some things a little more personal and so not everyone knows absolutly everything that's going on.
