I had one of those horrible runs where it feels like you're running through syrup just now. I just could not be bothered. How about a thirty-ish/45-ish min swim a week? I can't run - both too unfit, and my breasts make it utter agony. But the building complex has a pool, and I adore swimming, and I've been meaning to go. Am admittedly aiming to lose weight, but as more as a by-product of getting fit than anything else, and in a "next time I buy clothes, it'd be awesome to fit into the lower size/ scales, what are these 'scales' you speak of" way. So, no discussing weight at all.

(I mean; you run, I swim, we both go 'yay us'. Maybe?)

YAY US.

Awesome, that would be lovely. Shall we aim for a Sunday check-in? So, by next Sunday I should be able to email you to say 'HELLO I RAN THREE TIMES THIS WEEK', and you should be able to email me saying 'I HIT MY TARGET TOO' because we're both amazing.

Sounds lovely! (Now, to find where I've stashed my swimmers...)

Don't know if you still have my email (and I think I've lost yours...) but ashysaki @ gmail is moi.

Haha, I'm the other way around - it's much easier for me to get up and go if I'm feeling good about life. If I'm feeling crappy, then I don't do it.
