How exactly did you expect to get in touch with Homeland Security, anyway? I'm assuming you mean the American department, founded in the early 21st century. Though how anyone would have a direct line to them is beyond me.

Oh, they'd pick up for me.

But mainly they just listen in on phone calls all the time, so it's easy if you know the right code words!
