In the eternal words of Douglas Adams: DON'T PANIC. I've done jury duty and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It might sound cliche, but just remember that everyone else is in exactly the same boat. And you'll be part of a large group, from which only ten people are picked, so chances are that you might not even be chosen at all. :D

I'm just so bad at being thrust into new situations like that, I get so nervous.
