I got into Pottermore last night! I wasn't expecting the email at all, so it was a nice surprise when I opened my inbox. And then embarking on that journey was just everything 11 year old me would have wanted. I am so happy with it! Everyone who is in should add me! I'm ElmWild13

I don't know that I love the Doctor when he's a high-handed asshole, but it reminds me of why I love him, because I view it as a flaw and it's one of his flaws that I love. And yes, &Amy; forever. I love the contrast between her being left alone and giving up and Rory guarding her and never giving up.

The thing about the Doctor is not that he's mean on purpose, but sometimes he's just careless and this leads to him hurting the people he loves. (I also loved that GUILT GUILT GUILT scene when they showed the former companions.) I guess I just have a thing for well-meaning but carelessly assholish characters.

I love how Amy and Rory protect each other. And man, Amy Pond is my hero.

I think the Sikozu thing was the victim of them thinking they had a whole season 5 to do and then having to miniaturize it into just the few hours - like, I feel like they had plans for it that would have made sense but as it was ... not so much.

Yes, that was really unfortunate. It's such a shame, because like I said, it would only have gotten better as it went on. I think they did a good job with what they had though.

ILS I HAVE ALL THE FEELINGS ABOUT AMY. I LOVE HER SO FUCKING MUCH, BOTH AMYS. AND I WAS TALKING TO sodamnquirky ABOUT THIS EP AND WE WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH AMY LEARNED AND HOW AWESOME OLD!AMY WAS AND THEN WE DECIDED WE WANTED FIC (OR AT LEAST TO THINK ABOUT) HOW IT WOULD BE IF THE AMYS HAD MERGED INSTEAD OF OLD!AMY DYING, SO AMY WOULD HAVE THE MEMORIES FROM BOTH TIMELINES. IT COULD BE SO GREAT AND YET CREEPY. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE SHE'D HAVE THE RESENTMENT AND ANGER AND LOVE ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

OMG THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME!!!! I love older Amy so much, and I really wish that it were possible for there to be two of them existing in the same space. :(

OMG I can't wait for Pottermore! Also this was definitely the kind of DW episode I love the most. Amy/Rory has become one of my all time favorite canon pairings in anything. :DDDDDD

Amy/Rory 4evah!!! I love them so much, and I love how much they've grown as a couple over the last two seasons. I think this may be my favorite episode this season. I'll have to wait until the rest of the episodes air of course, but it's just so freaking good, that Moffat is going to have to come up with some real gems in order to outdo this one.

Seriously. I just love how much they love each other, but their relationship is still about them enjoying themselves together more than the melodramatic weepiness. I love them so. ♥________♥
