OK. You need a serious education, bub. Glad you came here. Let me fill you in on a couple things.

First of all - Not your property. Living, thinking, intelligent beings with wills of their own. Pencils are property. Shoes are property. Pokemon are People. So, while you can snap your pencils and chew on your shoes, you can't kick an Umbreon.
