apparently i have polycystic ovarian syndrome. i get to go for a bunch of tests including some fun internal ultrasounds and the upshot is that i have a fairly high chance of having diabetes / insulin resistance and probably cant have kids until its sorted out. according to various websites its not clear whether this syndrome causes or is caused by ( Read more... )

some things never change about going up for hardcore. i never get to spend enough time with people i wanna spend time with. going out afterwards is never co-ordinated properly. most of the bands are boring. this year was no exception. there was one though - going steady with a dude now. hes pretty cool. im pretty happy. life is good.

road tripping to sydney next weekend. i havent had a good road trip in ages and i love them, so im looking forward to it. will be seeing some of you jerks there.

i hate that so many of my friends are doing it tough. i feel pretty useless seeing them struggle. almost feel guilty that things in my life are so normal. i still have my job and my health and my family. 2009 is crazy.

my mum called with some big news. im happy for her, she deserves it.
