There are two, Megumi. Millennium and Iscariot. Iscariot is nearly disbanded and unorganised to exist as a danger, they are also unwilling to rub elbows with anyone of the profile of the esteemed lord Hargreaves Senior.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if the Major hasn't invited him for supper already. They are both "distinguished gentlemen" in the most sickening ways they could be almost soulmates.

The Major is a Nazi who has created an army of vampires and monsters with one purpose: eternal war for the sake of it. He's a rubbish terrorist in a power trip with a seemly ridiculous goal, but still managed himself to be extremely dangerous.

It's possible he believes that circling dangerous groups he would be able to stir others and escalate that spark of conflict into major violence.
