The new laundry machine broke. During a load, right before the spin cycle. The door won't open and some of my clothes are trapped. It makes a death noise. I called the condo mgmt for maintenance on it

OMG that's awful. Ger and I have only had one weird instance with the washing machine. Apparently the piece in the middle where you pour the softener in got loose, and started bouncing around inside the washer, (it sounded so scary). It only happened the one time though. I guess the guys who installed the washer and dryer for us didn't really make sure that piece was in all the way.
